PayAway: Terms of Service for Payroll & HR Software

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PayAway’s payroll and HR software platform (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses, administrators, employees, and authorized representatives accessing the platform.

PayAway may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. PayAway provides cloud-based payroll processing, employee payment management, HR tools, reporting, and related services designed to help businesses manage employee compensation and stay compliant with employment and tax regulations.

Services and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of employee data, compensation details, and payment instructions.
  • You authorize PayAway to process payroll and related transactions based on the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for reviewing payroll outputs before approving payment processing.
  • You remain responsible for your legal, tax, and employment obligations as an employer, including compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.

Fees, Compliance, and Platform Use

Access to the Services requires payment of subscription fees and applicable transaction charges based on your selected plan and usage. You agree to pay all fees when due. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing, and PayAway may update pricing with reasonable notice.


PayAway processes payroll calculations, deductions, and payments based on the information you provide. While the platform supports regulatory compliance, you remain responsible for ensuring your business meets all applicable employment, tax, and reporting requirements. PayAway is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you or your representatives.


PayAway implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to authorized users only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayAway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates. Our payroll and HR platform is designed to help businesses stay compliant, accurate, and efficient.
